THE LEGALITIES OF BUILDING TINY IN HAWAII
Tiny Houses in Hawaii
The County of Hawaii, as of 2020,
has a path to permit tiny house products.
Maui County has it in front of their County Council.
The State has asked that all islands adopt
the 2018 IRBC Appendix Q Tiny House code.
